There will soon be 5 different generations in the workplace with Generation Alpha (born 2010 onwards) joining Generation X, Millennials, Baby Boomers and Gen Z. We explore the different generations in the workplace and the impact of their differing attitudes to issues such as communication methods, work expectations and motivation, job loyalty, flexibility, work/life balance and mental health prioritisation.
