Capital Law, the full-service commercial law firm, has expanded its real estate team with the appointment of two senior legal professionals: Emma Wiltshire as Legal Director and Head of Construction, and Gareth Hutchings as Partner and Head of Development. These strategic hires reinforce our commitment to delivering top-tier expertise in the commercial property sector.
Emma Wiltshire joins Capital Law with over 20 years’ experience in construction law. With a track record of advising developers, contractors, and consultants on complex construction projects, Emma will lead the firm’s construction practice, supporting clients through every stage of the development lifecycle.
Gareth Hutchings, an established expert in real estate development, brings a wealth of experience in advising clients on large-scale commercial and residential projects. As Head of Development, he will oversee Capital Law’s work in site acquisition, strategic land transactions, and the structuring of high-value development schemes.
