PixelHouse Group acquires Aztec Event Services


WestBridge portfolio company PixelHouse Group has acquired Aztec Event Services, a leading UK and European audio-visual supplier.

Aztec is well-established in the sector, known for delivering creative, audio-visual production services for venues, organisers, and corporate clients across the UK and Europe. Aztec will join PixelHouse Group in offering a comprehensive package of expertise, creative technical production and digital services to exhibition organisers, corporates and venues across the UK and Europe, retaining its existing Aztec identity, whilst becoming part of the PixelHouse Group.

PixelHouse Group were advised by our Corporate and Private Equity team, led by Gareth Williams-Davies alongside Cerith Bevan and Elis Phillips and supported by other specialists across the firm including our Commercial, Employment and Real Estate teams. Our Debt Finance team also played a leading role on the deal assisting with the debt funding element. The Debt Finance team was led by Chris Lewis and supported by Aisha Hayat and Emily Herrod.
