Cath is a Senior Associate in our Corporate & Private Equity team.
Cath advises companies, shareholders and investors on various corporate finance transactions; whether that be private equity investors acquiring and backing a management team, shareholders on the disposal of their business or an investor syndicate supporting an early stage business.
Cath trained at Capital and qualified in 2017 and since then has acted on a wide range of corporate transactions. She recently completed a 6-month secondment with Veezu’s Mergers & Acquisitions team.
A significant amount of Cath’s time is split between assisting long-term clients of the firm on their buy and build acquisition strategies and advising investor syndicates investing into Welsh based early-stage businesses.

Veezu
Acting for Veezu, the UK’s fastest growing taxi and private hire technology platform, on a large number of acquisitions – ranging from smaller ‘tuck-in’ businesses to larger new hubs.
WestBridge
Advising WestBridge Capital on numerous acquisitions and exits, most recently supporting of the management buyout of international digital commerce agency Tryzens.
AMPLYFI
AMPLYFI, an AI-powered market intelligence platform, on its investment from Cardiff Capital Region’s Innovation Investment Capital fund.
Development Bank of Wales
Development Bank of Wales on numerous debt and equity investments, including its multi-million pound investment in Kingsward Group.
Various angel investor syndicates
Acting for various angel investor syndicates on their investments, alongside Angels Invest Wales, into various Welsh businesses, including Voltric, Final Rentals and Marine Power Systems.
