Aisling is a Solicitor in our Commercial Disputes team.
Aisling joined Capital in September 2021 as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the Commercial Disputes team in September 2023. Aisling assists with a variety of commercial disputes.
Aisling has a specific interest in property litigation, and in particular landlord and tenant disputes, both residential and commercial. Aisling regularly acts for both landlord and tenants in complex matters including forfeiture, service charge disputes, repairing obligations and advising on basis of occupation.
Aisling has assisted numerous landlords navigate and implement the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 including universities and housing associations. Aisling recently assisted a client in swiftly obtaining a possession order under the discretionary anti-social behaviour ground of the Act.
