Amy is a HR Consultant, supporting our Employment and Immigration team with investigations and general HR advisory work. 

She has worked in a HR capacity across various industries and has successfully established HR functions in numerous businesses. Her experience equips her with a deep understanding of the unique challenges encountered by SME’s setting up their own HR departments. Amy’s proficiency extends to developing comprehensive policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and training programs. 

Amy excels in navigating intricate employee relations and handling disciplinary and grievance issues. Her expertise further extends to managing complex challenges such as multisite redundancy and restructuring, showcasing her ability to address diverse and nuanced aspects of organisational dynamics.

Recent work

Collective Redundancy project
Supported client through collective redundancy process, from planning through to end of the process / outcome. Work included development of project plan, advising the client on the process and best practice, development of all documentation, letters, meeting templates, communication emails for each stage of the process. Supporting with queries and questions from staff.

Various ER related cases
Investigation support work for various ER related cases, supporting with documentation, meeting scripts and outcome letters

Individual
Supporting a client with submission of grievance to employer, supporting with written grievance letter, DSAR Request and without prejudice letter

HR Project
Currently working with a client providing HR support. This include all aspects of HR work from reviewing and updating policies and procedures, through to creation of ER packs containing letter templates, meeting templates, guidance notes and process flow charts. Also supporting with ER case work and ad hoc queries supporting the companies HR team.
