Advising on the disposal of MKT Logistics Ltd to Turners (Soham) Ltd
Privately owned transport company, Turners (Soham) Ltd, has acquired 100% shareholding in MKT Logistics Limited.
MKT Logistics is the holding company of Shakespeare Transport Limited, Fullforce Logistics Limited and Matthew Kibble Transport Limited. It runs a fleet of approximately 90 trucks and operates in both Pallet-Track and Palletforce.
Marlies Hoecherl, Jordan Thomas and Cath James acted for Matthew Kibble as the sole shareholder of the holding company. Matthew will remain in the business for the next five years at least, working closely with Paul Day, MD of Turners.
