We’re looking for a Health & Safety Coordinator to support the Safety, Health, Environment and Fire training and consultancy team.

The Role

You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing the seamless delivery of all courses, both internally and externally. A key aspect of the role will also involve managing existing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met.

 


Key Requirements

  • Assist the H&S Consultant to assist in the smooth running of the department
  • Diary management including booking training courses, both internally and externally
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to coordinate training courses, including collating and distributing materials, booking locations and managing attendees
  • Manage the company’s training databases/portals and generate training certificates
  • Assist in marketing efforts, including promoting training courses and services to potential clients
  • Attend networking events
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Driving Licence is essential
