Becoming a Trainee Solicitor at Capital Law

Our Lawyers of the Future programme is fundamental in building the future of Capital.

Our training contracts give our juniors the foundations to thrive, be challenged, and grow into excellent lawyers. From your first day at Capital, we will guide you through a comprehensive induction week, with the support of our Academy.

You will be taken through Capital’s history, our vision, and ultimately highlight the importance of your role in the growth of our story. We want to build our business with the best possible clients, so we need to attract the best possible lawyers, by encouraging a diverse and interesting workforce.

We welcome future lawyers from all backgrounds and we support many routes towards qualification. Whether that’s a traditional LPC or a training contract route – SQE, CILEX or the Equivalent Means. We believe that legal careers should be accessible to everyone and our pathways to becoming a lawyer reflect this.
