Clare Good, who heads up our property disputes team, was involved in a webinar for Lexis Nexis on the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.
Clare was joined by William Golightly (a barrister at Gatehouse Chambers) for the webinar, which took a look back at the implementation of the Act and discussed where we are now – as we near two years since it came into force.
