The NPS has been set up to enable the public sector to collaborate more closely in procuring goods and services. Capital Law first joined the framework five years ago. Since then, it has built strong relationships with public sector clients in local authorities, education, housing associations, and Welsh Government.
The breadth of expertise and experience acquired over this period is such that this time, Capital Law achieved more appointments in the categories it applied for than any other firm. Capital Law is now ideally positioned to counsel Welsh public sector organisations on their legal requirements – including employment law, civil and criminal litigation, corporate governance and ethical standards, education law, property, and environmental law, public administration law, as well as central governments and Mutual Investment Models advice.
Elin Pinnell, Managing Partner at Capital Law, said:
“Our successful appointment across practice areas is fantastic news to start the year. It reflects the hard work of our colleagues, and to the positive relationships we have nurtured with the Welsh public sector. We look forward to making the most of out of this opportunity, to build on the work we’re already doing with our brilliant existing clients, and to create new links within this huge and critical sector of the Welsh economy and workforce.”
