Capital Law has been appointed to the Welsh Government Commercial Delivery (WGCD) framework, securing nine lots across key areas of legal expertise. The firm is one of only five selected to support the Welsh Government directly—an appointment that reflects its public law expertise within the Welsh devolution settlement, alongside specialist knowledge in commercial contracts, public procurement, construction, employment, and commercial property.

The firm has also secured places on eight additional lots, covering Corporate Governance and Ethical Standards, Criminal Litigation, Education Law, Employment Law, Major IT and Commercial Contracts, Planning and Environmental Law, Property Law, and Construction Law. This breadth of expertise allows Capital Law to provide seamless, strategic support on complex, multi-faceted projects.

With a deep understanding of the challenges facing public sector bodies, Capital Law remains committed to offering accessible, cost-effective legal advice and training—tailored to the needs of over two hundred public sector organisations across Wales.

Roz Sullivan, Framework Manager and Partner at Capital Law, said:
