Chiltern Capital invests in Taylors Transport Group
We have recently advised Chiltern Capital on its investment in the Taylors Transport Group.
Based in Nottingham and founded in 1974, Taylors specialises in the provision of haulage, warehousing, and international distribution services across the UK. Chiltern have put in place a highly experienced management team to accelerate ambitious organic and acquisition-led growth plans to take Taylors on the next stage of its journey.
Our Corporate and Private Equity team, led by Gareth Williams-Davies and supported by Hakeem Din, Alex Prothero and Ffion Butler-Rees, advised Chiltern on the acquisition and investment. Additional support was provided by Chris Lewis in the Debt Finance team as well as specialist input from our commercial, employment and property teams.
