Improve Veterinary Education opens world-leading training centre in Swindon

A leading multinational organisation, Improve Veterinary Education (Improve) provides high quality and innovative veterinary education resources and qualifications. Our dedicated Owner & Occupier team, led by Partner, Hannah Vosper and supported by Emma Chapple, assisted Improve in their relocation to Delta 1200.

Aiming to provide veterinary professionals with unparalleled learning opportunities, the new property had to ensure usage as a lab for educational purposes. Our team ensured the lease included all of the necessary particulars and that everything was in place from a practical perspective so the property could meet Improve’s needs. Working alongside planning consultants, DPP, we ensured the necessary planning permission for the change of use was obtained.

The new training centre sees Improve occupy over 9,000 sq. ft of space. The space includes two expansive wet-labs with 36 workstations, designed to match Referral Hospital standards, furnished with Burton’s surgical equipment. Additionally, a fully equipped iM3 dentistry lab facilitating comprehensive dental procedures, custom radiology suite and access to Veterinary Instrumentation’s, surgical, and orthopaedic equipment are featured.

Opening in July 2024, the Improve Veterinary Education Clinical Excellence Centre represents a pivotal step towards redefining veterinary education. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and the latest technologies, the centre aims to provide veterinary professionals with unparalleled learning opportunities. This investment adds to Improve’s training centres in Frankfurt, Germany and Madrid, Spain, showcasing a commitment to providing veterinary professionals with access to the best training facilities in the world.

Martin Corr, Operations Director at Improve Veterinary Education commented:

I enjoyed working with Hannah and Emma on the project. From the very beginning they understood the requirements we had for the property and the complexities involved with a lab facility, and they ensured that the documents addressed these requirements.  The new property has allowed us to open our new Clinical Excellence Centre with state-of-the-art facilities, continuing our investment in veterinary education for professionals across the globe.
