Infopro Digital is a leading business information, data and technology group with a presence in 21 countries and across 5 continents.
Our Corporate and Private Equity team, led by Angelina Drljaca-Chandler, and which included Melanie Williams, Sarah Hale, Sara Thomas and Sadie Vidal, and supported by specialists across the firm, advised Infopro Digital on its recent acquisition of 1LoD Ltd.
Founded in 2017 by John Baskott and Paul Hodge, 1LoD is a conference platform that focuses on non-financial risk and compliance in banks, with events in London and New York.
This is the second deal in four months that Capital have worked on with Infopro Digital.
With this acquisition, Infopro Digital further strengthens its position as the leading information platform for risk management professionals in the financial services sector. This will build on and grow Infopro Digital’s event management capabilities.
