Leading Welsh Cyber Security Firm Gets £5 million Investment from BGF
PureCyber, a leading Cardiff-based consultancy firm has secured a £5 million investment from BGF, one of the largest and most experienced growth capital investors in the UK and Ireland.
PureCyber was founded in 2016 and provides cyber security services as an outsourced provider to businesses. Its growth to date has been driven by the company’s affordable, entry level approach making its best-in-class cyber services accessible to businesses across a range of sectors and sizes.
Our Corporate and Private Equity team, led by Laura Spendiff and supported by Cath Golledge and other specialists across the firm, advised BGF on its investment.
Following the investment, PureCyber is looking to become a dominant force in the cyber industry through the continued expansion of its client base across the SME market as well as growing its market share among larger, global enterprises.
As a result of this investment, PureCyber is looking to become a market leader in the cyber industry and hopes to expand its client base and grow its market share among larger, global enterprises.
