Abbi is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team.
Abbi has had substantial exposure to a wide variety of commercial property transactions, which has varied from development work to insolvency transactions to drafting leases and licenses.
More recently, Abbi gained exposure in the financial services space where she worked on insolvency transactions including fixed charge receiverships and administrations and experience in secured lending. Abbi also recently acted on a complex property transaction with a value of £1.5m acting on behalf of the receivers.
