Bradley is an Associate in our Commercial team.

Bradley trained in Australia before moving over to the UK. He has experience in drafting and negotiating key commercial contracts and advising on regulatory issues within the retail, manufacturing, ecommerce, franchising and FMCG sectors.

Bradley also has experience in advising clients on intellectual property issues, preparing corporate secretarial documentation and conducting commercial due diligence in connection with business sales and disposals.
