Catrin is a Principal Associate in our Real Estate team. She works with both public and private sector clients and has a particular focus on clients in the education sector.

Catrin has vast experience in all aspects of commercial property but focuses on owner/occupier, planning and development work.

Catrin has significant experience in dealing with educational institutions, including advising on Charities Act and governance requirements in land acquisitions and disposals. She represented Bridgend College on the £30million development of their STEAM Academy, which won the “Inspiring Learning Spaces” award at the Education Building Wales Awards 2023, and is currently working on Bridgend College’s £60million town centre campus development.

Her key clients include Coleg y Cymoedd, Bridgend College and University of South Wales.
