He is an experienced commercial disputes lawyer who advises a range of clients on various dispute issues such as breach of contract, shareholder/director issues, restrictive covenants (e.g., employee/employer) and risk management. David has significant experience of complex contested commercial matters, acting for claimant or defendant in cases from the County Court to Court of Appeal. He has acted for individuals (including high net worths), SMEs, a corporate trustee, large national companies, PLCs, Government bodies and Local Authorities. His work has also involved public law, insolvency, debt collection and intellectual property.
Keen to ensure the best, pragmatic and most efficient result for his clients, David often concludes issues for clients out of court by means of negotiation or mediation.
