Emily is a Solicitor in our Employment & Immigration team.
Emily conducts a diverse range of employment law matters, including advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, providing guidance on business immigration (including sponsor licence applications), conducting workplace investigations, drafting employment policies, and offering general HR employment advice. She recently completed a 6-month secondment at Veezu before rejoining Capital Law as a qualified solicitor in the Employment & Immigration Team.
Prior to joining Capital, Emily worked as a paralegal in the General Commercial team of a leading top 50 law firm based in London and spent three months on secondment with the Metropolitan Police.
Emily studied Law at the University of Bristol, where she graduated with a 2:1. During her time there, she achieved a Special Commendation for her pro bono work from the University of Bristol Law Clinic. For the third year of her undergraduate degree, she studied Law in Spanish at the University of Valencia.
