Emma Cormack is a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate & Private Equity team.

Emma studied both LLB Law and the LPC at the University of the West of England (UWE). Throughout her studies, she participated in various pro bono schemes. This included the Business and Law Advice Clinic, offering free advice to start-up businesses based in Bristol ensuring that they were compliant with statutory and regulatory conditions relevant to businesses today.

Emma also worked closely with charities such as Paul’s Place, where she helped members of the public on matters concerning wills, probate and power of attorney.

After graduating, Emma began working as a residential conveyancing legal assistant for Howells Solicitors. In 2022, she then started working at Clarke Willmott LLP as a probate paralegal dealing with the administration of deceased’s estates.
