Jazzmin is a Solicitor in our Real Estate division.

Jazzmin joined our Real Estate department as a Solicitor after completing her training at a national law firm.

She works across the Real Estate team for clients in the public, private and charity sector on a range of commercial property transactions. Jazzmin has particular experience in landlord and tenant matters previously acting for a national retailer, Peacocks, on all elements of its letting portfolio. Jazzmin overseas the asset management work for The Hayes properties on behalf of Land Sec.

Jazzmin also forms part of the real estate corporate support team assisting our corporate colleagues on real estate elements of corporate transactions.

Acting for a North Wales housing association, in a portfolio sale where the advice was provided in Welsh.

  • AJM have worked with the Capital team for several years.When we first engaged with Capital, we were gearing up for growth which meant selecting multiple sites across England for servicing commercial contracts with the NHS.

    The lead in time to mobilise in new locations is often extremely tight – since working with Capital, the number of sites we now occupy under varying lease arrangements has risen to 32.
