Kim is an Associate in our Commercial team. She specialises in commercial contracts and intellectual property.
Having completed her training contract, and worked for several years as an Associate, at Allen & Overy LLP, Kim benefitted from a career break to raise her 3 children before joining the commercial team at Capital Law in 2024.
Kim works with clients on a variety of commercial work across a broad range of sectors and regularly advises clients on various aspects of intellectual property. She also drafts and negotiates commercial contracts, conducts commercial due diligence and advises on data protection.
