Lewis is a Solicitor in our Employment and Immigration team.
Lewis joined Capital Law in July 2021. Prior to joining Capital, Lewis trained and practiced in-house with Cardiff Council as an Employment & Education Lawyer.
Lewis advises clients throughout the education sector, from primary schools to universities, on day-to-day employment law issues, and represents both employers and employees in disputes, leading up to and including employment tribunal claims. Lewis also has experience in representing teachers and headteachers in regulatory proceedings in front of the Education Workforce Council, Wales’ education regulator.
Lewis assists with the employment aspects of corporate transactions and private equity investments, including employment due diligence, drafting employment contracts, director service agreements, consultancy agreements, and settlement agreements.
A fluent Welsh speaker, Lewis is happy to offer advice to clients through English and Welsh.
