Myles has significant experience in employment tribunal litigation and associated work, undertaking his own advocacy where possible. Myles has a particular interest in discrimination claims and is recognised by the Legal 500 as a “Key Lawyer” for his employment tribunal work.
During his legal training, Myles acted as the point of contact for internal and external data protection compliance; he now regularly advises clients on their requirements under the GPDR and Data Protection Act 2018. Myles provides strategic advice to clients on the use of data rights in litigation.
Myles has a keen interest in Gaming and Sports Law, and regularly drafts publications in this area. Myles sits as an Independent Appeal Panel Chairperson for the Football Association of Wales, hearing cases throughout the Welsh football pyramid.
