  • We recently instructed Capital to pursue a substantial claim against the Government for non-payment of our invoices. Our contract with the Government was the main focus of our business, and being starved of cash made it impossible for us to fight a costly battle through the Courts. Luckily for us, Capital had faith in our claim and secured funding quickly and on competitive terms. Within 5 months of entering into the funding agreement, we achieved a fantastic settlement at mediation – a result that we are delighted with.

  • For anyone attempting the NEBOSH Diploma I thoroughly recommend they visit Capital Law first. The course is very demanding, but the team went the extra mile to help me through the process to achieve a successful outcome. Explaining some of the finer detail and requirements for the exam board is a skill which Mark and his team have mastered. I’m certain I am not the easiest student, but a few one-to one sessions set me on the right path. My heartfelt thanks to Chloe & Mark for their support throughout as I could not have achieved this without them.
