  • We’ve worked with the Capital Team on a range of real estate matters since 2019.  Our County Hall project is complex and required a deep understanding of corporate joint ventures and built environment development projects.  Capital’s Real Estate Division has specialist lawyers with good experience in our sector, so they were able to seamlessly support us throughout the project ensuring compliance with regulatory aspects and the Housing Acts too – the Capital Team were great to work with and I am happy to endorse their ability to advise HAs on complex development and multi-disciplinary projects.
