Tirion is a Paralegal in our Real Estate team.
Tirion joined Capital in January 2024 having previously worked as a paralegal at a regional firm.
Since joining Capital, Tirion has worked closely with our Social Housing team, including key clients Valleys to Coast, Trivallis and Southern Housing, on a wide range of commercial and residential property Most recently, Tirion has been involved in large scale asset review projects, including implementing new processes around risk mitigation strategies.
Tirion studied Law and Sociology with a Professional Placement Year at Cardiff University and graduated with First Class Honours.
In June 2021, Tirion completed a Vacation Scheme at Capital where she spent two weeks working with the Real Estate team.

Advising housing associations on the provision of management packs, replies to enquiries and title matters and additionally advising on large scale asset review projects, including implementation of new processes and systems for risk mitigation.

Acting in the disposal of residential plots including advising on compliance with the client’s planning agreements
