Our consultants deliver globally recognised training courses accredited by IOSH and NEBOSH, desired by employers for demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of safety, health, environment and fire expertise. Offering both traditional teaching-based qualifications with examinations or more holistic and interactive workshop-based learning, our team can provide what is right for you.

We recognise that health and safety training is not a one size fits all, that’s why we offer bespoke training specific to the needs of your company. Consultancy

Here at Capital People, our expert consultants are dedicated to providing comprehensive, tailor-made solutions to ensure our clients are compliant with health and safety legislation, most importantly the Health and Safety at Work Regulations (1999).

We specialise in providing expert guidance and support, going further to create solutions and rectify any issues on your behalf. Our team of experienced professionals are trained to conduct a range of health and safety services to help your business have a positive culture and environment. Our comprehensive services include risk assessments, training programs, policy development, and ongoing support to help you create and maintain a safe working environment.

Your safety is our priority, and our goal is to help you navigate the complexities of health and safety legislation which is why we offer ad hoc services, so you can seek help and advice whenever you need it. We understand that every business is different, therefore our services are unique and customisable to ensure your workplace is safe and secure in the best way for you.

Additionally, we offer retained partnership contracts which appoint us at Capital as your ‘competent person’. Under Regulation 7 of The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (1999) every company requires a competent person, we can fulfil that role for you. Our retained contracts are bespoke and created to suit your level of assistance required. Retained clients also receive, meetings, site visits, legal updates, bulletins, monthly contact hours to use as they see fit, and much more.
