Insights

At the recent Insurtech UK Autumn Forum Conference at Lloyd’s Labs, we caught up with Partner at Capital Law, Charlotte Gregory, Co-founder & CEO of Anansi Technology, Megan Bingham-Walker, to find out more about diversity and inclusion in Insurtech.

The conference was made up of several panels covering a range of topics from capacity, investment challenges, AI and a session chaired by Charlotte, on diversity, equality, and inclusion in Insurtech.

Charlotte & Megan co-chair the Diversity and Inclusion sub-committee for Insurtech UK. The committee aims to create an inclusive and open environment where Insurtech UK members can get together and discuss how they can really embed diversity and inclusion within their businesses.
